Fidelity Investments opened its regional center in the Denver Tech Center in 2013 and has been hiring ever since.
In 2015, Fidelity Colorado announced plans for additional growth and now employs more than 800 people in the state.
Fidelity Investments acquired an additional 30,000 square feet of space to add to its current 100,000-square-foot regional center in Greenwood Village and is investing $5 million to build out a new inviting workspace.
In addition to this site—a commuter’s dream right off 1-25 and just steps away from the Arapahoe Light Rail Station—Fidelity has an asset management office in downtown Denver and five investor centers stretching along the Front Range from Broomfield to Colorado Springs.
When deciding where to locate its Western regional center, Fidelity executives chose Metro Denver due to the abundance of high-quality candidates and a growing concentration of investment services professionals in the area. The company also cited the region’s vibrant and welcoming business climate that encourages an active, healthy, and dynamic lifestyle.
